Our Mission

To Provide a brighter future for abandoned, injured and suffering animals in impoverished areas of our world. GARF provides funding, volunteers and supplies to organizations offering free surgical neutering, free veterinary care and food vouchers, emergency medical care and immunizations in impoverished communities where there is no public or private infrastructure to support these programs.

Holiday Toy Drive

We are collecting used toys for disadvantaged children in Dominican Republic where we do a great deal of our animal welfare work. Please consider donating  used toys, bikes, clothing or sports equipment.  No donation is too small.
